The crossing the server never saw

A family receives a school-departure Ping while continuous and event-time coordinates stay on the phone.

A student crossing a school boundary while one red event leaves the phone and the route stays private

The family wanted to know when their son left school.

They did not want a live map watching him all afternoon.

They set a Location Trigger around the school gate. PingRoom stored the configured center and radius so the trigger could sync, while the phone evaluated the crossing itself.

When he left, the device sent the room’s Ping.

It did not send a continuous trail or the coordinates observed at that moment.

The family received the event.

PingRoom never received the journey.
