Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PingRoom account at any time using any of the methods below. Deletion cannot be undone: in-app deletion is immediate, while email requests may take up to 30 days to verify and process. You do not need to have the PingRoom app installed to request deletion. The email option below works without it.

Option 1: In the PingRoom app

1. Open the PingRoom app.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: Request by email

If you can no longer sign in to your account, email us from the address associated with your account at privacy@pingroom.io with the subject "Account deletion request." We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

• Your account profile, name, avatar, and login identifiers.
• Your contact card and any links it contains.
• Rooms you own, along with their members, channels, quick actions, webhooks, and location/time triggers.
• Your membership in rooms owned by others.
• Your notification history and device push tokens used to deliver notifications.
• Your settings and preferences.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or tax purposes, such as transaction and billing records for subscriptions. These records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to re-identify or contact you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
