Create a room, hit a button, everyone gets pinged
Name it, pick a look, done in under a minute.
Tap Create on the Ping tab and give your room a name, an icon, and a color. Every room comes with four Quick Pings you can edit as you go. When the preview looks right, you're live.
Feel a real push before inviting anyone.
New room, no members yet? Tap any Quick Ping and PingRoom sends it straight to you. It's the fastest way to hear a ping land before you bring in the crew.
Code, QR, or link: whatever's easiest.
Every room has a short invite code, a QR code, and a share link. Friends can type the code, scan the QR in person, or tap the link from any chat. They show up in the members list the moment they join.

The template gallery has ready-made rooms for families, teams, gym buddies, and more, each with four Quick Pings already set. Pick one, tweak anything, and create.
See any room before you commit.
Opening an invite shows a preview of the room (its name, look, and member count) before you join. Password-protected rooms ask for the password right there.
One tap tells everyone
Four buttons, whole room notified.
Each room has up to four Quick Pings: big tappable cards with their own label, emoji, color, and sound. Tap one and everyone in the room gets the push instantly.
Rename, recolor, re-sound every button.
Tap Set Pings in a room to edit the grid: change labels, emojis, colors, and sounds, or pick from the action gallery. The best rooms have Pings that read like your group actually talks.
Free-text pings for everything else.
The Custom Ping pill sends a one-off message with its own emoji when none of your buttons fit. Type it, pick a feeling, send.
Send people somewhere, not just tell them.
While composing a Custom Ping, tap Add Link to attach a URL and a button label. Recipients get a tappable button right on the ping.
Deliver without waking anyone.
Flip the silent switch on the Ping tab and your sends deliver without a sound; the cards show a small muted bell while it's on. Great for late-night logistics.
React without opening the app.
On iOS, long-press an incoming ping notification to send a 👍 Pong back or mute the room, right from the lock screen.
Decide who can ping, and how often.
In room settings you can limit pinging to owners and admins, or set a cooldown between pings so nobody can flood the room.
Know what happened by ear alone
25 sounds; pick per room.
Choose a notification sound for each room in its settings: from a soft ting to a punchy alert, 25 to pick from. You'll know which room pinged without looking.
Override any room's sound just for you.
In a room's notification preferences you can set a personal sound that only you hear, no matter what the room uses.
Stay in the room without the noise.
Mute any room from its preferences and its pushes stop while you stay a member. Unmute whenever you're ready to hear it again.
Mark one room read, or everything at once.
The app icon badge counts unread pings across your rooms. Mark a single room read from its history, or clear everything at once with Mark all read.
Folders, pins, one clean timeline
Group rooms by life area, synced everywhere.
Long-press a room to drop it into a folder like Family or Work. Folders collapse, pin, and sync to all your devices automatically.
Keep the rooms you live in on top.
Swipe a room and tap the pin; pinned rooms stay above the rest, most recently pinned first.
Every ping in one feed, from the rooms you choose.
The History tab collects pings from all your rooms into one timeline. Use its room filter to keep the feed to just the rooms you care about.
One handle, anyone can reach you
A public link that's yours.
Create your personal room and pick a unique handle. Anyone can reach you at pingroom.io/handle/yourname, no phone number shared.
All your links in one place.
Add Instagram, WhatsApp, phone, Telegram, LinkedIn, or any custom link to your contact card. Share it through your personal room in one tap.
Contact exchange with consent built in.
Visitors to your handle can request your contact card; you decide who gets it, and you can share yours back. No surprises.
An on-brand code for your handle.
Style your personal room's QR (colors, shape, an emoji or a center image) so the code you put on a sticker or a slide looks like you.
Scans and visits, counted.
Insights shows how your personal room is doing: scans of your QR and visits to your handle over time.
Go quiet without deleting anything.
Pause your personal room with an optional message and a return date. Your handle stays yours; visitors see you're away.
Pings that send themselves
Geofences that announce you, privately.
Draw a zone on the map and a Ping fires when you enter or leave: 'I'm home' announces itself. Geofencing runs entirely on your phone: zero location data ever reaches our servers.
Standups and reminders that send themselves.
Schedule one-off or repeating Pings per room: daily standup at 9:30, water the plants every Sunday. Schedules respect their time zone, even when you travel.
Any tool that can hit a URL can ping the room.
Create a webhook URL for a room and point your server, CI, or smart-home flow at it. Calls can override the title, message, emoji, and even which Quick Ping fires. There's a test button to try it instantly.

Add an outgoing webhook and the room's events are delivered to your URL, signed so you can verify it's really us.

Connect Telegram or a channel webhook once, and the pings you receive can follow you into the chats where you already live.

Agents onboard themselves with OAuth and a claim link you approve. Manage every connected agent (rename, throttle, revoke) from your profile.

When an agent needs permission to act (deploy? spend? proceed?), you get a push and decide right from the notification or the Approvals screen.

Agents can ask a question with up to four answer buttons. On iOS you answer straight from the lock screen; first answer wins, no unlocking needed.

Say 'Ping Family in Ping Room' and it sends; Siri picks up your room names automatically. The Shortcuts app exposes Send Ping and Send Custom Ping for your own automations.
