Connections
Signals in. Actions out.
PingRoom sits at the centre of your day. Things happen, rooms fire. Rooms fire, systems move. Wire it once and walk away.
Inputs
things that fire a ping
PingRoom
Outputs
things a ping fires off
Inputs
Four ways to trip the room. All free.
Location
FreeOS-native geofencing runs entirely on the device. Cross a boundary, the room pings. No coordinates ever leave the phone.
Schedule
FreeSet a time trigger and the room fires on cue — daily standups, recurring check-ins, anything that repeats.
Incoming webhooks
FreeEvery room can carry multiple inbound webhooks, each with its own code and secret. Any system that can POST can ping a room.
Quick actions
FreeNumbered one-tap buttons inside the room. Hit one and the whole room feels it in under a second.
Outputs
When a ping lands, the world can hear it too.
Outgoing webhooks
When something happens in a room, PingRoom calls any URL you point it at — delivered via Cloudflare Workers. Slack, dashboards, logging systems, anything.
Outgoing calls are delivered via Cloudflare Workers — globally distributed, low-latency, retried on failure. Point PingRoom at a Slack webhook, an internal endpoint, or any URL that can receive a POST.
Agent access
AI agents that act for you.
Agents can register on your behalf and trigger rooms through the open auth.md protocol. Give an agent access, revoke it any time.
