Built quietly. Built by one.
PingRoom is made by Mindzone, a studio that keeps its head down and its work loud. No team page. No investors to impress. Just software that does exactly what it promises.
The app. The servers. This page.
Every layer of PingRoom comes from a single pair of hands. The app you tap. The API that routes your rooms. The delivery engine that fires notifications to millions of devices a day. The tools nobody sees. Even the words you are reading now.
One person, start to finish, accountable for all of it.
Your data stays yours.
Privacy is not a setting here. It is the architecture.
Location never leaves your phone
Geofencing runs on the device. When a trigger fires, your phone tells our server to ping, and nothing else. No coordinates. No history.
No middlemen in your pocket
Notifications go straight to Apple and Google. No outside push vendor sits between you and your people.
We hold the minimum
A device token to reach you, and the rooms you chose to join. That is the list.
What we stand on.
Privacy by default
The safest data is the data we never collect. So we don't.
Speed is respect
A ping should land before you finish the thought. Anything slower wastes your attention.
Restraint
Every feature earns its place. Most ideas never make it in. That is the point.
Independent
Answerable to the people who use it, and to no one else.
Questions for the person behind it? Say hi.
