Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Mindzone Technologies LLC ("Mindzone," "we," "us," or "our"), the maker of the PingRoom mobile application and the website at pingroom.io (together, the "Service"), has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prohibit, prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our Service, and how anyone can report a concern to us. They apply to every user of PingRoom worldwide.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on PingRoom, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, in any form (image, video, text, link, or reference).
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity or to obtain sexual content from a minor.
- Trafficking, advertising, facilitating, or soliciting access to CSAE or CSAM, including sharing links or contact details for such material.
- Any other conduct that endangers a child or facilitates their sexual abuse or exploitation.
These prohibitions are part of our Terms of Service. Violations result in immediate removal of the content, termination of the responsible account, and, where CSAM is involved, reporting to the relevant authorities.
3. Age Requirement
PingRoom is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 13 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will disable it and delete the associated data. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 is using the Service can contact us using the details in Section 8.
4. Prevention and Detection
We combine clear rules, user-facing safety tools, and human review to keep CSAE off the Service:
- Clear rules: Our Terms of Service and these standards explicitly prohibit CSAE and CSAM, and users agree to them when using the Service.
- In-app reporting: Every room and user can be reported from within the app, so members can flag harmful content or accounts directly to us (see Section 5).
- Blocking: Users can block another account at any time to stop all further contact from it.
- Review and enforcement: We review reports we receive and take action on violating content and accounts, including permanent removal and account termination.
5. Reporting a Concern
Anyone can report suspected CSAE or CSAM to us, whether or not they have a PingRoom account:
- In the app: Open the room or user you want to report, choose Report, and select a reason (for example, "Inappropriate or explicit content"). You can add details before submitting. Reporting a user also mutes them for you automatically, and you can block the account separately from their profile at any time.
- By email: Contact our designated child-safety point of contact at mahdi@mindzone.tech. Please include enough information for us to locate the content or account (such as the room invite code, a username, or a description of what you saw).
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away.
6. Our Response and Reporting to Authorities
When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM on the Service, we act promptly to:
- Remove the content and preserve relevant evidence.
- Terminate the responsible account and take steps to prevent the user from returning.
- Report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and lawful requests in the investigation of child safety offenses.
We comply with all child safety laws applicable to our Service.
7. Updates to These Standards
We may update these standards from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
