Early on, Mahdi kept hearing three questions: What is PingRoom? Why not WhatsApp? Why would anyone use it?

Feedback was brutal. People laughed. It hurt. The repetition mattered: PingRoom made sense to him, not to others.

Instead of defending features, he listened for the signal beneath the ridicule. The problem was clarity, not the idea. He sharpened the promise: chat is for talking; PingRoom is for knowing.

Today people use rooms for arrivals, dinners, releases, and approvals. The idea survived because Mahdi let confusion improve the explanation without letting ridicule choose the product.
