Story 33
Silence was not approval
An unanswered deletion Question expires safely because no response is an outcome, never permission to continue.

Before removing old customer exports, the agent asked one Question:
Delete 1,842 archived files?
Approve or cancel.
The Question would expire in twenty minutes.
Jon was in a meeting and did not answer.
At the deadline, the agent cancelled the deletion and recorded why.
Silence did not become consent. No reminder turned caution into pressure.
The files stayed.
Jon gave no answer. The expiry rule supplied one: stop.
