The flowers were ready to leave

At the florist, the collection crew needed to know when the last table arrangement had joined the others.

Red and ivory flowers arranged in small vases inside cream carrying crates on a florist worktable.

There were twelve table arrangements, two carrying crates, and one van that also had to collect the linen.

Hana was finishing the flowers while the wedding setup crew loaded chairs across town. The crew had invited her into their PingRoom room and agreed on a Quick Ping for the collection handoff.

The last arrangement took longer than the others. One stem leaned across the vase at an angle Hana could not leave alone. She replaced it, checked the set against the order, and tucked the vases into their crates.

Then she tapped “Table flowers ready for collection at the shop.”

Dev saw the Ping while his colleague secured the last chair. They could collect the flowers next, then carry on to the linen supplier without doubling back.

At the shop, Hana showed them how she had packed the crates. Dev cleared the van floor, and they carried the arrangements out together, one crate at a time.
