PingRoom 1.4: The Moment Keeps Moving

PingRoom 1.4 is live on the App Store.

This release makes every Ping more useful when the moment keeps moving. A Ping can now stay live, ask for an answer, or require acknowledgement—and the people in the room can act from the screen already in front of them.

Share an update that changes as the moment unfolds. Choose a live status, step tracker, progress bar, metrics, countdown, or matchup, then update it from the room.

The same live state appears inside the private room, on the Lock Screen, and in the Dynamic Island. One event stays current instead of turning into a trail of follow-up messages.

Ask a Question

Add two to four answer buttons to a Ping. Members can answer without opening PingRoom, the first response wins, and the result updates for everyone.

Questions work for everyday coordination—“Pickup or delivery?”—and for connected tools that need a clear human decision before they continue.

Know it was seen

Mark a Ping Urgent when acknowledgement matters. PingRoom keeps the event clear and actionable until someone responds.

It is the difference between sending an alert and knowing the room acted on it.

Faster agent pairing

When an agent asks to connect, approve the pairing directly in PingRoom. The handoff stays in the app instead of sending you through a browser approval flow.
