Standup in five. One clear update.
Teammates tap to announce the standup, a delay, or an absence.
9:55am, Tuesday. The host taps Starting in 5. Tabs close, coffee gets refilled, and the Zoom link opens across the team.
Someone's still on a call and taps Joining late. The team sees it and starts without them. Someone else taps Out today because their kid is home sick.
Starting now gives the room one final cue when the call begins. All four updates are sent manually by a teammate.
4 buttons. A whole language.
Each Ping has its own label, sound, and haptic. This is the four-button setup the template creates. Delivery follows each member’s device, connectivity, and notification settings.
