Incident open. Someone owns it.
Four manual status Pings keep responders aligned while the incident unfolds.
An alert arrives in the monitoring system. The responder opens PingRoom and taps Acknowledged so the rest of the room knows someone has it.
Investigating keeps the team current. Need backup brings in another responder. When the service is stable, Resolved closes the loop.
The template creates those four buttons. If the team later connects a webhook, monitoring alerts can also send into the room.
4 buttons. A whole language.
Each Ping has its own label, sound, and haptic. This is the four-button setup the template creates. Delivery follows each memberβs device, connectivity, and notification settings.
