Arrived. Delayed. Done.
Drivers send concise dispatch updates after they park between stops.
Tuesday, 10:14am. Eighteen drops on the board. Driver three's stuck behind a garbage truck. Driver seven just hit the loading dock. Dispatch needs to know both, in the next ten seconds.
After pulling over safely, driver three taps Delayed. Driver seven parks at the loading dock and taps Arrived. Both updates land in the dispatch room.
At pickup, At pickup marks the next step. Job complete closes the loop after the final stop. No one handles the phone while driving.
