A bakery owner answers one repair question from home while the shift lead keeps ownership of the work.

The bakery owner was home when the mixer stopped.
The shift lead knew how to restart it.
Replacing the motor was a decision that still belonged to her.
He sent one Question:
It included the repair cost and the morning orders at risk.
Repair tonight or wait until morning?
