1. Inspect my existing project and available integrations. Identify the source events or data, destination room, trigger conditions, and any thresholds or schedule/timezone needed for this specific workflow. Ask only for missing choices. Explain the implementation plan, then implement the code or configuration; do not stop at setup instructions.

2. Reuse an existing authorized PingRoom connection if available. Otherwise, for an MCP client use https://api.pingroom.io/api/agent/mcp and the documented browser OAuth consent flow. For a terminal agent, follow the CLI guide: run npm install -g @pingroom/cli, then pingroom pair --agent-label "<workflow name>" with a label for my workflow. Keep pairing running and give me the claim link it prints so I can authorize my rooms. I handle sign-in and consent; the PingRoom app is available at https://pingroom.io/i. Store credentials in the client's credential store, environment variables, or a secret store, never in chat, source code, or logs.

3. List the rooms granted to this connection and select my intended destination. Discover the current MCP tools or API schema from the docs before calling them. Send workflow notifications to that authorized room using the documented broadcast tool or room notifications API. Do not assume access to other people's private inboxes or rooms. Keep payloads within the current documented limits; put larger results in an attachment or source link.

4. Implement the source integration, event filtering, and useful ping content for the referenced capability. Run watchers, schedules, and state in my own runtime. Persist checkpoints, deduplicate source events, and handle retries without repeated alerts. Include the relevant event details and a source link when available, and exclude secrets from every payload. If the workflow needs a human decision or reply, use https://pingroom.io/questionprotocol.md and consume the documented response events. If it needs live progress, use https://pingroom.io/liveactivities.md.

5. Test with a sample source event and send one clearly labeled test ping to the selected room. Verify the result using the documented connection/activation checks. If activation asks for a human answer, wait only while pending, with a bounded deadline. Mark activation complete only for an answered result with activation_completed: true; report expiry, failure, or missing verification as incomplete. Test any required reply flow too. Show me the implemented files or configuration, how to run and stop the workflow, and the test result. If authentication, source access, or a runtime is still missing, state what remains instead of claiming the workflow is live.
