One Tap
Everyone Knows
Send one clear signal to everyone who needs it. They can answer in one tap, so nothing important gets buried in a group chat.
PING ME WHENโฆ
WHY PINGROOM
Ten texts to say one thing.
You know this thread, one fact, ten notifications, three questions. If you want to talk, use chat. If you want someone to know and respond, use PingRoom.

Three taps from go.
Name a room, share one code, tap once. The Ping goes to every phone in the room.
Make a room
A room is the people who need the same signal. Name it, pick an icon, add family, crew, team, or bots.
Share the code
One invite code. They tap it, they're in. No accounts to chase.
Tap to Ping
Hit a button. Every phone in the room gets the Ping.

TWO WAYS IN
For people. For builders.
One kind of moment, two kinds of senders. Pick your door, the room works the same for both.
Stay connected without another chat.
One room for the people who need to know. Tap once, every phone knows: nobody types, nobody scrolls, nobody has to reply.
Connect apps, automations, and AI agents to real people.
Webhooks, schedules, CI, and agents Ping the same rooms your people use. Structured Pings carry the context; one human tap answers back.
One app. Every signal.
A room is just the people who need the same signal: family, crew, team, or bots.
Browse every roomFamilies
Know when everyone's home, fed, or running late, without a single text.
Couples
Reach out without a word. A single tap says it all.
Dev Teams
Standups, deploys, incidents, on-call: your room hears every signal.
Friend Groups
Who's around? Who's down? PingRoom answers in a tap.
Felt before
it's read.
Four real moments. Zero messages typed.
โShe still hasn't texted.โ
She didn't need to say a word.
โFive floors away. Not a word needed.โ
He felt it, five floors up.
โThe build just finished. The whole team is waiting.โ
Everyone knew before anyone refreshed the dashboard.
โNo one knows where anyone is.โ
Plans, made in a tap.
A file arrives with the moment. A live score stays put. A tap tells the truth.
Story 35The file that arrived with the moment
A private inspection report, marked image, and Markdown checklist arrive with the Ping that gives Mina enough context to pause a delivery.
Read the storyThe best signals keep their context, their state, and your trust.

The score that stayed put
36 ยท Everyday signals
One evolving Matchup Live Activity keeps a family current through a football final without filling their chat with score messages.

The tap that did not lie
37 ยท Trusted attention
A weak connection drops Yousefโs acknowledgement, and PingRoom returns the alert to open instead of preserving an unconfirmed success.
Fast should feel immediate. Trust comes from showing what is still in motion.

Location, time, and webhooks trip the room for you. Set it once, then never lift a finger again.
You walk in.
The room knows.
No message sent. No app opened. You cross the line and the room gets the Ping. The geofence runs on your phone; your location never touches our servers.
Dinner's ready.
They already know.
Anything with a URL
can Ping the room.
Deploys, deliveries, alarms, agents. Wire any service into your room with a webhook, in or out.
Explore ConnectionsYour agents Ping you too.
Claude, CI bots, and your own agents can Ping the same rooms your people use. They ask for approval, wait for your tap, and carry enough context for humans and systems to act.
FAQ
Answers before you send a Ping.
The short version on speed, privacy, pricing, automations, webhook integrations, and AI agent access.
Read all FAQPingRoom is a real-time notification app for shared rooms. Create a room, set up one-tap buttons, hit one, and everyone in the room gets Pinged instantly. It works for friends, families, teams, events, on-call crews, and anyone who needs a fast shared signal.
Near-instant. Notifications go straight to Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) through our own delivery engine: no third-party middleman in the path, no extra hop to slow it down.
PingRoom does not continuously track you or automatically record your movements. For a location trigger, we store the center and radius so it can sync and be edited; your phone monitors the boundary and sends the trigger ID rather than a live GPS sample. That event tells us the device entered or exited the saved area. Separately, if you choose to attach a place to a Ping, its precise coordinates and optional label or address are stored with that Ping and shared with its recipients.
Yes, the core is free: up to five rooms of your own (public ones included), quick actions, and broadcasts. Pro unlocks all triggers (location, schedule, incoming and outgoing webhooks), plus unlimited rooms.
Yes, with Pro: fire on a geofence (location), on a schedule (time), from an incoming webhook, or send outgoing webhooks when something happens in a room.
Yes. Incoming and outgoing webhooks connect PingRoom to compatible systems with a URL. PingRoom also supports MCP with OAuth 2.1, so AI agents such as Claude, Cursor, and CI bots can Ping rooms with scoped permissions. See Connections or read the Agent Access doc (the auth.md spec).
